This week we were studying penguins to continue on our month of learning about winter, snow, and arctic animals. We saw a movie, had penguin crafts, went to the library to see Mrs. King for a great center opportunity, and learned great penguin facts. Our class partnered with our Kinder neighbors in Ms. Peterson's class to have more penguin centers. One of our centers was Penguin Measurements. We saw how tall Adelie and Emperor penguins were and measured to see if we were taller than these penguins. After measuring ourselves with a yard stick, we graphed our results. Check out the pictures below to see our results.
